當(dāng)電池包的總輸出電壓低于13.5V（±0.4V）時(shí)，控制器將觸發(fā)欠壓保護(hù)，2s后應(yīng)停止運(yùn)行。欠壓后，電池包的總輸出電壓需高于15V（±0.4V）工具才能重新啟動(dòng)。

When the total output voltage of battery pack is lower than 13.5V (± 0.4V), the controller will trigger the undervoltage protection and stop operation after 2S. After undervoltage, the total output voltage of the battery pack must be higher than 15V (± 0.4V) to restart the tool.

2、過流保護(hù)

控制器帶有溫度保護(hù)功能，溫度采集點(diǎn)為MOS管所在區(qū)域，過溫保護(hù)點(diǎn)為90℃，低溫保護(hù)點(diǎn)為-20℃。當(dāng)觸發(fā)過溫保護(hù)后，工具停止運(yùn)行，只有溫度恢復(fù)88℃以下，工具方可再次啟動(dòng)。當(dāng)觸發(fā)低溫保護(hù)后，工具停止運(yùn)行，只有溫度恢復(fù)-15℃以上，工具方可再次啟動(dòng)。

The controller has the function of temperature protection. The temperature acquisition point is the area where the MOS tube is located. The over temperature protection point is 90 ℃ and the low temperature protection point is - 20 ℃. When the over temperature protection is triggered, the tool will stop running. 控制器處于待機(jī)狀態(tài)（帶電不工作）時(shí)，消耗電流小于15mA，處于低功耗狀態(tài)（斷電不工作）時(shí)，消耗電流小于30μA，松開啟動(dòng)開關(guān)10~12秒進(jìn)入低功耗狀態(tài)。

When the controller is in standby state (power on but not working), the current consumption is less than 15mA; when the controller is in the low power consumption state (power off and not working), the current consumption is less than 30 μ A. release the start switch for 10 ~ 12 seconds to enter the low power consumption state.

5、軟啟動(dòng)和電子剎車

為保護(hù)電池包和電機(jī)，電機(jī)的軟啟動(dòng)時(shí)間設(shè)置在150~400ms之間。為了開關(guān)關(guān)斷之后使整機(jī)快速停下，增加電子剎車，開關(guān)斷開后電機(jī)停下的時(shí)間是100~400ms。

6、掉電保存設(shè)置參數(shù)

為了防止整機(jī)掉電之后，整機(jī)設(shè)置的參數(shù)丟失，在掉電前系統(tǒng)會(huì)保存設(shè)置參數(shù)，以便再上電讀取，恢復(fù)到上電前狀態(tài)。

電機(jī)可以根據(jù)調(diào)速開關(guān)設(shè)置的方向，繼續(xù)正反轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)速；在整機(jī)處于擰松模式設(shè)置自停時(shí)，整機(jī)再檢測(cè)沒有負(fù)載時(shí)，會(huì)自動(dòng)停止，必須要再重新扣下開關(guān)才能啟動(dòng)。
