專用套筒分為內(nèi)套筒、外套筒，施工時，內(nèi)套筒抓住螺栓桿梅花頭，外套筒緊固螺栓螺帽，反向緊固。到達扭矩后，內(nèi)套筒把梅花頭扭斷，這時抽出套筒，扣動扳機彈出梅花頭。

扭剪型電動扳手在工作之前，要把套筒頭對準螺栓梅花頭合理地插進，插到底部后再開始工作。

若在施工過程中，當梅花頭彈不出時，可能的原因有以下幾種：

①螺栓材質有問題。當螺栓發(fā)軟時，會造成梅花頭彈不出來。

① There is an issue with the bolt material. When the bolt becomes soft, it will cause the plum blossom head to not pop out.

②施工不正確。若插入螺栓時不順利或者有傾斜角度，就可能造成梅花頭彈不出來。

② Incorrect construction. If the bolt insertion is not smooth or there is an inclination angle, it may cause the plum blossom head to not pop out.

③套筒出現(xiàn)問題。請檢查套筒是否已經(jīng)磨損過度，或其他情況，也會造成梅花頭彈不出來。

③ There is a problem with the sleeve. Please check if the sleeve has worn excessively or if there are other conditions that may cause the plum blossom head to not pop out.
