The adjustable torque wrench is a torque wrench with high pressure air pump as power source. A torque multiplier with three or more epicyclic gears is driven by one or two powerful pneumatic motors. The torque is controlled by adjusting the gas pressure. In order to allow the specific torque demand setting, each tool is equipped with a special air pressure, and the torque comparison chart and calibration report are provided. For further application, pneumatic torque wrench can be combined with torque sensor at the same time, and the output torque is more. After the required torque is obtained, the air source can be closed manually or automatically by using a suitable loop system.

可調(diào)式扭力扳手是屬于高精密儀器的，有一些事項還是要注意下：

Adjustable torque wrench belongs to high precision instrument. There are some matters needing attention:

1、使用中請勿強烈沖擊。

1. Please do not make strong impact during use.

2、不能當(dāng)榔頭使用，敲擊工件。

2. Can not be used as a hammer, knock the workpiece.

3、扳手報警后請勿繼續(xù)施力。

3. Do not continue to apply force after the wrench alarm.

4、使用前請檢查扳手上的箭頭是否同施力方向一致，如果不一致請將扳手頭旋轉(zhuǎn)180度重新安裝。

4. Before use, please check whether the arrow on the wrench is consistent with the force application direction. If not, please rotate the wrench head 180 degrees to install again.

5、請勿自行拆卸扳手各部件，以免破壞精度影響使用。

6、預(yù)置式扭力扳手，使用完后，應(yīng)把扭力值調(diào)零位放置，以保持扳手精度，延長使用壽命。
