The anti slip coefficient value of high-strength bolt connection friction surface should be rechecked before construction. This requirement is to be tested by the installation unit on the basis of qualified testing conducted by the production unit.

高強(qiáng)螺栓檢測時(shí)每500T鋼結(jié)構(gòu)為一批，少于100T按一批計(jì)。在工廠處理的摩擦面試件出廠時(shí)應(yīng)有三組，作為工地復(fù)驗(yàn)，抗滑移系數(shù)試驗(yàn)的zui小值應(yīng)大于或等于設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定。否則應(yīng)對摩擦面作重新處理。

When testing high-strength bolts, each 500T steel structure is considered as a batch, and less than 100T is considered as a batch. When the friction test pieces processed in the factory leave the factory, there should be three sets for on-site re inspection. The minimum value of the anti slip coefficient test should be greater than or equal to the design regulations. Otherwise, the friction surface should be reprocessed.

抗滑移系數(shù)試驗(yàn)用的試件，應(yīng)與所代表的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)為同一材質(zhì)、統(tǒng)一摩擦面處理方法、同批制造、相同運(yùn)輸條件、相同條件存放，同一性能等級的高強(qiáng)螺栓。

The specimens used for the anti slip coefficient test should be high-strength bolts of the same material, uniform friction surface treatment method, batch manufacturing, transportation conditions, storage conditions, and performance level as the represented steel structure.

高強(qiáng)螺栓檢測過程中，當(dāng)發(fā)生下列情況之一時(shí)，所對應(yīng)的荷載可視為試件的滑移荷載：

During the testing process of high-strength bolts, when one of the following situations occurs, the corresponding load can be considered as the sliding load of the specimen:

1） 試驗(yàn)機(jī)發(fā)生明顯的回針現(xiàn)象；

1) The testing machine experienced obvious needle return phenomenon;

2） 試件側(cè)面劃線發(fā)生可見的錯動；

2) Visible misalignment of the side marking of the specimen;

3） X—Y記錄儀上變形曲線發(fā)生突變；

3) The deformation curve on the X-Y recorder undergoes a sudden change;

4） 試件突然發(fā)生“嘣”的響聲。

4) The specimen suddenly made a "bang" sound.

 

1.3 一般檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目

1.3.1 高強(qiáng)度連接副的安裝順序及初擰、復(fù)擰扭矩檢驗(yàn)。檢驗(yàn)人員應(yīng)檢查扳手標(biāo)定記錄，螺栓施擰標(biāo)記及螺栓施工記錄，有疑義時(shí)抽查螺栓的初擰扭矩。

1.3.1 Installation sequence and initial and re tightening torque inspection of high-strength connecting pairs. Inspectors should check the calibration records of wrenches, bolt tightening marks, and bolt construction records. If there are any doubts, spot check the initial tightening torque of bolts.

1.3.2 高強(qiáng)度螺栓的終擰檢驗(yàn)。對扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副，終擰是以擰掉梅花頭為標(biāo)志，可用肉眼全數(shù)檢查。非常簡便。但在施工過程中，應(yīng)檢查初擰扭矩值及觀察螺栓終擰時(shí)螺母是否處于轉(zhuǎn)動狀態(tài)，轉(zhuǎn)動角度是否事宜。

1.3.2 Final tightening inspection of high-strength bolts. For high-strength bolt connection pairs with torsion shear, the final tightening is marked by the removal of the plum blossom head, which can be fully inspected with the naked eye. Very simple. However, during the construction process, the focus should be on checking the initial tightening torque value and observing whether the nut is in a rotating state when the bolt is finally tightened, and whether the rotation angle is appropriate.

1.3.3 高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副終擰后應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)螺栓絲扣外露長度，要求螺栓絲扣外露2~3扣為宜，其中允許有10%的螺栓絲扣外露1扣或4扣，對同一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)，螺栓絲扣外露應(yīng)力求一致。

1.3.3 After the final tightening of high-strength bolt connections, the exposed length of the bolt threads should be inspected. It is recommended to expose 2-3 threads of the bolt threads, and 10% of the bolt threads are allowed to be exposed by 1 or 4 threads. For the same node, the exposed threads of the bolt threads should strive to be consistent.
