包括：螺栓實物zui小荷載檢驗；扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副預(yù)拉力復(fù)驗；高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副扭矩檢驗；高強(qiáng)度大六角頭螺栓連接副扭矩系數(shù)復(fù)驗；高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接摩擦面的抗滑系數(shù)檢驗。

Including: zui small load inspection of bolts; Retest the pre tension of the connection pair of the torsional shear type high-strength bolt; Torque inspection for connecting pairs of high-strength bolts; Re inspection of torque coefficient of high-strength large hexagon bolt connection pair; Inspection of anti sliding coefficient of friction surface of high-strength bolt connection.

(2) Dominant items

①鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作和安裝應(yīng)按GB50205—2001附B的有關(guān)規(guī)定分別進(jìn)行高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接摩擦面的抗滑系數(shù)試驗和復(fù)驗，現(xiàn)場處理的構(gòu)件摩擦面應(yīng)單獨進(jìn)行摩擦面的抗滑系數(shù)試驗，其結(jié)果應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。

① The steel structure fabrication and installation shall be subject to the anti slip coefficient test and re inspection of the friction surface of high-strength bolt connection according to the relevant provisions of GB50205-2001 Appendix B. The friction surface of the component treated on site shall be subject to the anti slip coefficient test of the friction surface separately, and the results shall meet the design requirements.

②高強(qiáng)度大六角頭螺栓連接副終擰完成1h后、48h內(nèi)應(yīng)進(jìn)行終擰扭矩檢查，檢查結(jié)果應(yīng)符合規(guī)范規(guī)定。檢查數(shù)量：按節(jié)點數(shù)抽查10%，且不應(yīng)少于10個節(jié)點；每個被抽查節(jié)點按螺 栓數(shù)抽查10%，且不應(yīng)少于2個。

② The final tightening torque inspection shall be carried out within 1h and 48h after the final tightening of high-strength large hexagon bolt connecting pairs, and the inspection results shall conform to the specifications. Inspection quantity: spot check 10% of nodes, and no less than 10 nodes; Each node to be spot checked shall be 10% of the number of bolts, and shall not be less than 2.

③扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副終擰后，除因構(gòu)造原因無法使用扳手?jǐn)Q掉梅花頭者外，未在終擰中擰掉梅花頭的螺栓數(shù)不應(yīng)大于該節(jié)點螺栓數(shù)5%。對所有梅花頭未擰掉的扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副應(yīng)采用扭矩法或轉(zhuǎn)角法進(jìn)行終擰并作標(biāo)記，且按上述②條中的規(guī)定進(jìn)行終擰扭矩檢查。

③ After the final tightening of the connecting pair of the torsional shear type high-strength bolt, the number of bolts that do not have the torx head unscrewed in the final tightening shall not be greater than 5% of the number of bolts at the node, except for those that cannot be unscrewed with a wrench due to structural reasons. The torque method or angle method shall be used for final tightening and marking of the connection pairs of all torshear type high-strength bolts whose torx heads are not unscrewed, and the final tightening torque shall be checked according to the provisions in ② above.

檢查數(shù)量：按節(jié)點數(shù)抽查10%，但不應(yīng)少于10個節(jié)點，被抽查點中梅花頭未擰掉的扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副全數(shù)進(jìn)行終擰扭矩檢查。

Inspection quantity: spot check 10% of the nodes, but not less than 10 nodes. Final tightening torque inspection shall be carried out for all the connecting pairs of torsional shear high-strength bolts whose plum heads are not unscrewed in the spot check points.
