Classification requirements for bolt location
根據(jù)配電線(xiàn)路螺栓使用位置及功能，螺栓可分為：電氣連接類(lèi)、電氣設(shè)備固定類(lèi)、鐵附件固定類(lèi)三種。下面具體說(shuō)明：
According to the location and function of distribution line bolts, bolts can be divided into three categories: electrical connection, electrical equipment fixation, and iron accessories fixation. The following details:
1.電氣連接類(lèi)：戶(hù)外一次接線(xiàn)應(yīng)采用熱鍍鋅螺栓連接，所用螺栓應(yīng)有平墊圈和彈簧墊圈，螺栓緊固后，螺栓宜露出2～3扣。一根螺栓配兩個(gè)平墊圈、一個(gè)彈簧墊圈、一個(gè)螺母。安裝時(shí)螺栓頭側(cè)放置一個(gè)平墊圈，螺母?jìng)?cè)放置一個(gè)平墊圈和一個(gè)彈簧墊圈，其中彈簧墊圈靠螺母。
1. Electrical connection: the outdoor primary wiring shall be connected with hot-dip galvanized bolts. The bolts used shall have flat washers and spring washers. After the bolts are fastened, the bolts should be exposed for 2-3 buckles. One bolt is equipped with two flat washers, one spring washer and one nut. During installation, a flat washer is placed on the bolt head side, and a flat washer and a spring washer are placed on the nut side, where the spring washer depends on the nut.
2.電氣設(shè)備固定類(lèi)：變壓器、配電箱底座與鐵附件連接如利用槽鋼斜面螺栓連接固定時(shí)，一根螺栓配一個(gè)螺母、一個(gè)斜墊圈（槽鋼斜面?zhèn)扔茫┖鸵粋€(gè)平墊圈（平面2側(cè)用）。利用槽鋼平面螺栓連接固定時(shí)，一根螺栓配兩個(gè)平墊圈、一個(gè)彈簧墊圈、一個(gè)螺母。安裝時(shí)螺栓頭側(cè)放置一個(gè)平墊圈，螺母?jìng)?cè)放置一個(gè)平墊圈和一個(gè)彈簧墊圈，其中彈簧墊圈靠螺母。隔離開(kāi)關(guān)、跌落式熔斷器、避雷器與鐵附件的連接，原則上使用設(shè)備廠(chǎng)家提供的安裝螺栓。
2. Fixation of electrical equipment: when the transformer, distribution box base and iron accessories are connected and fixed by channel steel bevel bolt, one bolt is equipped with a nut, a bevel washer (for channel steel bevel side) and a flat washer (for plane 2 side). When the channel steel plane bolt is used for connection and fixation, one bolt is equipped with two flat washers, one spring washer and one nut. During installation, a flat washer is placed on the bolt head side, and a flat washer and a spring washer are placed on the nut side, where the spring washer depends on the nut. In principle, the installation bolts provided by the equipment manufacturer shall be used for the connection of disconnectors, drop fuses, lightning arresters and iron accessories.
3.鐵附件固定類(lèi)：鐵附件連接螺栓孔為圓孔時(shí)，一根螺栓配一個(gè)螺母、兩個(gè)平墊圈，鐵附件連接螺栓孔為長(zhǎng)孔時(shí)，一根螺栓配一個(gè)螺母、兩個(gè)方形墊圈，安裝時(shí)螺栓頭側(cè)和螺母?jìng)?cè)各放置一個(gè)平墊圈（方形墊圈）。鐵附件連接采用雙頭螺栓時(shí)，螺栓每端各配一個(gè)螺母、一個(gè)平墊圈（方形墊圈）。對(duì)于槽鋼和工字鋼翼緣上傾斜面的螺栓連接，則盡量使用斜墊圈，使螺母和螺栓頭部的支承面垂直于螺桿。
3. Fixation of iron accessories: when the connecting bolt hole of iron accessories is round hole, one bolt is equipped with a nut and two flat washers; when the connecting bolt hole of iron accessories is long hole, one bolt is equipped with a nut and two square washers. During installation, a flat washer (square washer) is placed on the bolt head side and the nut side respectively. When stud bolts are used for connection of iron accessories, each end of the bolt shall be equipped with a nut and a flat washer (square washer). For the bolted connection of the inclined plane on the flange of the channel steel and I-steel, the inclined washer shall be used as far as possible to make the bearing surface of the nut and bolt head perpendicular to the screw.
