一、標定法
1、 Calibration method
1、現(xiàn)通常所說的拉力標定器就是軸力計。為了保證高強度螺栓連接副的安裝質量,在安裝現(xiàn)場用于檢測軸力的移動式軸力計,由輪輻式壓力傳感器和與之配套的數(shù)字顯示儀表組成。2、移動式軸力計主要適用于安裝現(xiàn)場,通過與現(xiàn)場施工的力矩施加工具進行施擰后的預緊力對比,以便及時修正現(xiàn)場施擰扭矩。通過移動式的軸力計對現(xiàn)場施擰工具的標定校驗,為現(xiàn)場施工質量提供了一定的質量保障。

二、應變法
2、 Strain method
1、將應變片貼在被測定物上,使其隨著被測定物的應變一起伸縮,這樣里面的金屬箔材就隨著應變伸長或縮短。很多金屬在機械性地伸長或縮短時電阻會隨之變化。應變片就是應用這個原理,通過測量電阻的變化而對應變進行測定。
