常用的扭力扳手有手動(dòng)扭矩扳手、電動(dòng)扭矩扳手、氣動(dòng)扭矩扳手和液壓扭矩扳手，之前寫(xiě)了很多關(guān)于液壓扳手的文章，在這里就不再重復(fù)講了，下面就跟大家探討下手動(dòng)扭矩扳手、電動(dòng)扭矩扳手和氣動(dòng)扭矩扳手的特點(diǎn)及功能

1、機(jī)械式扭力扳手：在使用中如果力矩達(dá)到所設(shè)定力矩值后就會(huì)有“咔咔”類(lèi)似機(jī)械碰撞報(bào)警的聲音，此時(shí)扳手就不能再進(jìn)行工作了，防止出現(xiàn)過(guò)力現(xiàn)象。
1. Mechanical torque wrench: in use, if the torque reaches the set torque value, there will be a "click" sound similar to mechanical collision alarm. At this time, the wrench can no longer work to prevent excessive force.
2、數(shù)顯式或者指針式扭力扳手：這兩種是在機(jī)械式扭力扳手上加裝數(shù)顯或指針式力矩表，將作用力矩可視化。

二、電動(dòng)扭力扳手：是指可以在扳手上面設(shè)定扭矩值的電動(dòng)扳手，是目前流通更廣、使用頻率較高的一款電動(dòng)扳手。其按使用功能又分為電流式電動(dòng)扳手和帶動(dòng)態(tài)扭矩傳感器式電動(dòng)扳手兩種。
2、 Electric torque wrench: it refers to the electric wrench that can set the torque value on the wrench. It is the most widely circulated and frequently used electric wrench at present. According to the use function, it is divided into current electric wrench and electric wrench with dynamic torque sensor.
1、電流式電動(dòng)扳手：這種電動(dòng)扭力扳手是根據(jù)電機(jī)擰緊過(guò)程中電流值的變化來(lái)判斷扭力值的，一旦達(dá)到設(shè)定的扭矩值，電機(jī)就自動(dòng)停機(jī)停止工作。按使用范圍不同分為直柄式電動(dòng)扭矩扳手和彎柄式電動(dòng)扭矩扳手。

2、帶扭矩傳感器式電動(dòng)扳手：這種帶傳感器的扳手是在減速箱體上安裝有扭矩傳感器，可以監(jiān)測(cè)到扳手扭力值變化，一定達(dá)到預(yù)定的扭矩值，電機(jī)就自動(dòng)停機(jī)工作。

電動(dòng)扭力扳手的使用范圍較為廣泛，而其所具有扭矩精度高、使用范圍廣、故障率低、使用壽命長(zhǎng)的特性，在很多領(lǐng)域得以發(fā)揮作用。

三、氣動(dòng)扭力扳手：這種扳手工作原理是壓縮氣體作為氣源，設(shè)定氣壓后通過(guò)氣動(dòng)三聯(lián)件帶動(dòng)扳手中的啟動(dòng)馬達(dá)來(lái)驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪對(duì)螺栓進(jìn)行擰緊，主要有油壓脈沖式、離合器式、動(dòng)態(tài)扭矩傳感器式。
3、 Pneumatic torque wrench: the working principle of this wrench is to use compressed gas as the air source. After setting the air pressure, the pneumatic triplet drives the starting motor in the wrench to drive the gear to tighten the bolts, mainly including oil pressure pulse type, clutch type and dynamic torque sensor type.
1、油壓脈沖式和離合器式：這兩種氣動(dòng)扳手是通過(guò)扭矩值達(dá)到設(shè)定值后自動(dòng)斷氣來(lái)避免過(guò)力的。
1. Oil pressure pulse type and clutch type: these two pneumatic wrenches automatically cut off the air after the torque value reaches the set value to avoid excessive force.
2、扭矩傳感器式：當(dāng)扭矩值達(dá)到設(shè)定扭矩值后，控制器會(huì)控制電磁閥斷氣，扳手停止工作，此時(shí)將無(wú)法再用力，從而避免過(guò)力。

氣動(dòng)扭力扳手中，油壓脈沖式因其無(wú)反作用力而受到很多人的青睞，但不適合用來(lái)打軟連接螺栓。
Among pneumatic torque wrenches, oil pressure pulse type is favored by many people because of its no reaction force, but it is not suitable for soft connecting bolts.
