The calibration method of torque wrench is as follows:

1、設(shè)定扭矩值

1. Set torque value

旋轉(zhuǎn)松緊器（左轉(zhuǎn)）

Rotary tensioner (left turn)

旋轉(zhuǎn)副刻度，調(diào)整扭矩值（主刻度+副刻度）

Rotate the sub scale and adjust the torque value (main scale + sub scale)

旋轉(zhuǎn)鎖緊器（右轉(zhuǎn)）（鎖緊時，如果銷釘接觸鎖緊器，應(yīng)該變銷釘位置）

Rotate the lock (turn right) (if the pin contacts the lock during locking, the pin position should be changed)

例：將扭矩值設(shè)定為42N.M。

Example: set the torque value to 42N. M.

轉(zhuǎn)動副刻度的度盤，直主刻度指向40。主刻度為40后，將副刻度對準(zhǔn)2（主刻度的值會像時鐘的短針和長針那樣與副刻度連動）

Turn the dial of the sub scale until the main scale points to 40. After the main scale is 40, align the sub scale to 2 (the value of the main scale will be linked with the sub scale like the short needle and long needle of the clock)

2：設(shè)定扭矩后，將套筒插入方形驅(qū)動頭。

2: After setting the torque, insert the sleeve into the square drive head.

3：將套筒套在螺栓頭部或螺母上

3: Put the sleeve over the bolt head or nut

4：將扭力扳手向右轉(zhuǎn)動進(jìn)行緊固。

4: Tighten the torque wrench by turning it to the right.

5：聽到“咔嗒”聲后，緊固結(jié)束。

5: After hearing the "click", the fastening is completed.

扭力扳手的簡介：扭矩扳手又叫電動力矩扳手、扭力扳手、扭矩可調(diào)扳手，是扳手的一種，一般分為三類：手動力矩扳手、氣動扭力扳手和電動力矩扳手。定扭扳手廣泛用于對擰緊工藝有嚴(yán)格要求的裝配線，使產(chǎn)品各個緊固件扭矩值一致，生產(chǎn)出來的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有保障。

Introduction to torque wrench: torque wrench is also called electric torque wrench, torque wrench and torque adjustable wrench. It is a kind of wrench, which is generally divided into three categories: manual torque wrench, pneumatic torque wrench and electric torque wrench. Fixed torque wrench is widely used in assembly lines with strict requirements for tightening process, so that the torque value of each fastener of the product is consistent, and the product quality is guaranteed.

扭力扳手的使用注意事項：

Precautions for use of torque wrench:

1、使用扭矩扳手時，應(yīng)平衡緩慢地加載，切不可猛拉猛壓，以免造成過載，導(dǎo)致輸出扭矩失準(zhǔn)。在達(dá)到預(yù)置扭矩后，應(yīng)停止加載。

1. When using the torque wrench, it shall be loaded slowly and balanced, and it shall not be pulled and pressed violently, so as to avoid overload and inaccurate output torque. After reaching the preset torque, the loading shall be stopped.

2、不能使用預(yù)置式扭矩扳手去拆卸螺栓或螺母。

2. Do not use a preset torque wrench to remove bolts or nuts.

3、嚴(yán)禁在扭矩扳手尾端加接套管延長力臂，以防損壞扭力扳手。

3. It is forbidden to add a sleeve at the end of the torque wrench to extend the force arm to prevent damage to the torque wrench.

4、根據(jù)需要調(diào)節(jié)所需的扭矩，并確認(rèn)調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)處于鎖定狀態(tài)才可使用。

4. Adjust the required torque as required and confirm that the adjusting mechanism is locked before use.

5、預(yù)置式扭矩扳手使用完畢，應(yīng)將其調(diào)小扭矩，使測力彈簧充分放松，以延長其壽命。

5. After the preset torque wrench is used, it shall be adjusted to a small torque to fully relax the force measuring spring, so as to prolong its service life.

6、應(yīng)避免水分侵入預(yù)置式扭矩扳手，以防零件銹蝕。

6. Avoid moisture intrusion into the preset torque wrench to prevent parts from rusting.

7、所選用的扭矩扳手的開口尺寸必 須與螺栓或螺母的尺寸相符合，扳手開口過大易滑脫并損傷螺件的六角，在進(jìn)口汽車維修中，應(yīng)注意扳手公英制的選擇

7. The opening size of the selected torque wrench must be consistent with the size of the bolt or nut. If the opening of the wrench is too large, it is easy to slip off and damage the hexagon of the screw. In the maintenance of imported vehicles, attention should be paid to the selection of metric and British system of the wrench

8、各類扳手的選用原則，一般優(yōu)先選用套筒扳手，其次為梅花扳手，再次為開口扳手，選活動扳手。

8. For the selection principle of various wrenches, socket wrenches are generally preferred, followed by box wrenches, open-ended wrenches and adjustable wrenches.

9、為防止扳手損壞和滑脫，應(yīng)使拉力作用在開口較厚的一邊，這一點對受力較大的活動扳手尤其應(yīng)該注意，以防開口出現(xiàn)“八”字形，損壞螺母和扳手。

9. In order to prevent the wrench from being damaged and slipping, the pulling force shall act on the thicker side of the opening, which shall be paid special attention to the adjustable wrench with large force, so as to prevent the "eight" shape of the opening from damaging the nut and wrench.
