1 目的

為規(guī)范電動扭矩扳手的正確操作及使用，特制訂本規(guī)程。
In order to standardize the correct operation and safe use of electric torque wrench, this regulation is specially formulated.
2 適用范圍

本規(guī)程適用于煉軋廠線棒保障作業(yè)區(qū)電動扭矩扳手的使用和維護。
This procedure is applicable to the use and maintenance of electric torque wrench in bar support operation area of rolling mill.
3 工作內(nèi)容及要求
3. Work contents and requirements
3.1、嚴格執(zhí)行交底制度、互保制度、現(xiàn)場確認制度以及公司各項管理制度。
3.1 strictly implement the safety disclosure system, mutual insurance system, on-site safety confirmation system and various management systems of the company.
3.2、定期檢查保養(yǎng)，保持外觀清潔，作業(yè)前檢查附件是否完好，功能是否正常。
3.2 regular inspection and maintenance, keep the appearance clean, and check whether the accessories are in good condition and normal function before operation.
3.3、保持作業(yè)現(xiàn)場的干凈整潔，保證良好的照明條件，禁止在潮濕的環(huán)境和靠近易燃液體或氣體使用電動扳手。
3.3 keep the operation site clean and tidy, ensure good lighting conditions, and prohibit the use of electric wrench in humid environment and near flammable liquid or gas.
3.4、作業(yè)前根據(jù)螺栓的相關參數(shù)調(diào)整好扭矩定尺數(shù)碼及檔位，接通電源前確認開關位置處于“關”的位置。
Adjust the position of the "power on" and "power on" according to the relevant parameters of "power on" and "power off".
3.5、在狹窄或高處區(qū)域作業(yè)必須對人員和機具同時采取措施，搭設平臺或系掛帶（繩）。

3.6、作業(yè)過程中，未經(jīng)許可，非操作人員不得進入工作區(qū)域，必須保持兩米開外的距離。

3.7、操作時，確保驅(qū)動方頭與螺絲緊密接觸，不得歪斜，防止驅(qū)動方頭受力不均而破裂，造成人身和設備傷害。
3.7 during operation, ensure that the square head of the driver is in close contact with the screw, and shall not be skewed, so as to prevent the square head of the driver from cracking due to uneven force, causing personal and equipment injury.
3.8、扳手工作時，不要用手接觸反作用力臂，站立位置與反作用力臂保持距離。
3.8 when the wrench is working, do not touch the reaction arm with hands, and keep a safe distance between the standing position and the reaction arm.
3.9、 應在扳手規(guī)定的工作范圍內(nèi)使用，不得超負荷或持續(xù)長時間工作，防止電樞過熱燒損。
3.9. It should be used within the working range specified by the spanner. It is not allowed to overload or work for a long time to prevent the armature from overheating and burning.
3.10、禁止用電源線捆綁或搬運物體，防止電源線接觸高熱、油污及尖銳物體。保持手柄干燥無油脂。
3.10. It is forbidden to use the power cord to bind or carry objects to prevent the power cord from contacting with high heat, oil and sharp objects. Keep the handle dry and grease free.
