1、定扭矩電動(dòng)扳手接通電源前應(yīng)先查看電源電壓是否與本產(chǎn)品銘牌相符，是否有接地裝置。當(dāng)電源電壓超出+10%時(shí)應(yīng)采取穩(wěn)壓措施，否則會(huì)影響控制精度。接地不良易造成事故。
1. Before the constant torque electric wrench is connected to the power supply, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the product's nameplate and whether there is a grounding device. When the power supply voltage exceeds + 10%, voltage stabilizing measures should be taken, otherwise the control accuracy will be affected. Poor grounding is easy to cause accidents.
2、定扭矩電動(dòng)扳手使用的環(huán)境溫度為-10℃-40℃，過(guò)高過(guò)低都會(huì)影響控制精度。

3、被擰螺栓的初始扭力不得大于工具的額定扭力的70%。螺栓達(dá)到額定扭力后不得重?cái)Q。

4、工具用于拆卸螺栓時(shí)，其扭力不得大于額定扭力值。一般情況下，不是本扳手?jǐn)Q緊的或銹蝕嚴(yán)重的螺栓，不宜用本扳手拆卸，以免造成工具損壞。

5、變換旋轉(zhuǎn)方向時(shí)，必須待電機(jī)停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)后進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中撥動(dòng)正反開關(guān)。

6、當(dāng)扳手自動(dòng)停止后即可松開開關(guān)（如果不斷開開關(guān)，過(guò)5秒鐘扳手就會(huì)自行啟動(dòng)）待4-5秒后再進(jìn)行開動(dòng)扳手，否則扳手不能啟動(dòng)。
6. When the wrench stops automatically, the switch can be released (if the switch is opened continuously, the wrench will start automatically after 5 seconds) and the wrench can be started after 4-5 seconds, otherwise the wrench cannot be started.
7、螺栓直徑的大小對(duì)控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應(yīng)用相同型號(hào)的螺栓連接付來(lái)標(biāo)定扭力值，而且使用一段時(shí)間后還應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)校定。

8、工作前應(yīng)開機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)3-5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)火花大，聲音異常，扭力不穩(wěn)定時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，切勿帶病工作。
8. Start the machine and idle for 3-5 minutes before operation. If the motor sparks, abnormal sound and unstable torque are found during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection and do not work with diseases.
9、定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次清洗加油，以延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。

10、主機(jī)上的電源開關(guān)，碳刷，控制儀上的保險(xiǎn)絲等均屬易損件，容易引起故障，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，及時(shí)更換。

11、使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)工具上的螺釘松動(dòng)，應(yīng)及時(shí)緊固。

12、搬運(yùn)工具時(shí)不可提拉電纜線，并注意輕拿輕放，防止震動(dòng)和摔碰。不用時(shí)應(yīng)放在通風(fēng)干燥處。如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行干燥處理。不可與酸、堿等有害物質(zhì)氣體接觸或存放在一起。
12. When handling tools, do not lift or pull cables, and pay attention to handle with care to prevent vibration and falling. When not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. In case of damp, it should be dried in time. Do not contact or store with acid, alkali and other harmful substances.
