預(yù)置式扭力扳手的使用中，要根據(jù)測(cè)量工件的要求，選取適中量程扭力扳手，所測(cè)扭力值不可小于扭力器在使用中量程的百分之二十，太大的量程不宜用于小扭力部品的加固，小量程的扭力器更不可以超量程使用；

預(yù)設(shè)扭矩值時(shí)，將扳手手柄上的鎖定環(huán)下拉，同時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手柄，調(diào)節(jié)標(biāo)尺主刻度線和微分刻度線數(shù)值所需扭矩值。調(diào)節(jié)好后，松開鎖定環(huán)，手柄自動(dòng)鎖定。

用扭力扳手時(shí)，先將扳手方榫連接好輔助配件(如套筒，各類批嘴)，確保連接已經(jīng)沒(méi)問(wèn)題。在加固扭力之前，設(shè)定好需要加固的力值，并鎖好緊鎖裝置，調(diào)整好方向轉(zhuǎn)換鈕到加力的方向，然后在使用時(shí)先快速連續(xù)操作5-6次，使扳手內(nèi)部組件上特殊潤(rùn)滑劑能充分潤(rùn)滑，使扭力扳手更精確，持久使用。

4、扭力扳手加力方法

手要把握住把手的有效范圍，沿垂直于扭力扳手殼體方向，慢慢地加力，直聽到扭力扳手發(fā)出“塔”的聲音，當(dāng)擰緊到發(fā)出信號(hào)“卡嗒”（click）的一聲（已達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)扭矩值），停止加力。一次作業(yè)完畢。

此時(shí)扭力扳手已到達(dá)預(yù)置扭力值，工件已加力完畢，然后應(yīng)及時(shí)解除作用力，以免損壞另部件。

在施力過(guò)程中，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)儀器操作規(guī)范，其垂直度偏差左右不應(yīng)超過(guò)10度。其水平方向上下偏差不應(yīng)超過(guò)3度，操作人員在使用過(guò)程中應(yīng)保證其上下左右施力范圍均不超過(guò)15度。

5、大規(guī)格扭矩扳手使用時(shí)，可外加接長(zhǎng)套桿以便操作省力。

6. The measurement results will be affected by the horizontal and vertical deviation. In the measurement, a vertical downward stable force value should be applied on the force application holding end, and then a point force should be applied, so that the use value is more accurate.

7、扳手是測(cè)量工具，應(yīng)輕拿輕放，不能代替榔頭敲打，不用時(shí)請(qǐng)注意將扭力設(shè)為更小值，存放在干燥處。扭力范圍較廣，在加固扭力時(shí)，相對(duì)來(lái)講比較簡(jiǎn)單，只需要設(shè)定其要求扭力值便可進(jìn)行操作。

7. Spanner is a measuring tool. It should be handled with care and can't replace hammering. When not in use, please set the torque to the minimum value and store it in a dry place. The range of torsion is wide, and it is relatively simple to reinforce the torsion. It can be operated only by setting the required torque value.

8、如長(zhǎng)期不用，調(diào)節(jié)標(biāo)尺刻線退扭矩更小數(shù)值處。有利于保證扭矩的精度。
