高強度螺栓所用材料的強度為普通螺栓的4~5倍,一般常用的性能等級為8.8級和10.9級。8.8級采用碳素鋼35號鋼或45號鋼;10.9級采用合金結構鋼20MnTiB、40B、35VB。高強度螺栓有大六角頭螺栓和扭剪型兩類。鋼結構規(guī)范規(guī)定,高強度螺栓的材料應符合現(xiàn)行標準的規(guī)定。

(一)扭矩法
(1) Torque method
根據(jù)扭矩M與預拉力成正比的關系,先用普通扳手將螺帽初步擰緊,然后采用可顯示扭矩值的專用扳手擰規(guī)定的扭矩值。

扭剪扳手
