1、在選擇扭力扳手時(shí)，要根據(jù)螺栓或螺母的尺寸來(lái)選擇合適開(kāi)口尺寸的扭力扳手。如果扭力扳手的開(kāi)口尺寸大于螺栓或螺母的尺寸，那在使用時(shí)，容易滑脫并損傷螺件的六角。如果扭力扳手的開(kāi)口尺寸太小，那就無(wú)法嵌入到螺栓或螺母中進(jìn)行扭動(dòng)。

3、扭力扳手是按人手的力量來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)的，人手力量越大，扭力扳手在旋轉(zhuǎn)螺紋、螺母時(shí)的力量越大。如果遇到較緊的螺紋件，用扭力扳手也不能使其松動(dòng)的話(huà)，切記不能用捶打工具錘擊扳手，以免損壞扳手，可以適當(dāng)調(diào)整扳手的用力方向，找到合適的發(fā)力點(diǎn)。另外還要注意的是除了套筒扳手能套裝加力桿，其他扳手都不能套裝加力桿，扭力扳手也不能。遇到無(wú)法擰動(dòng)的螺紋緊固件，不能胡亂給扭力扳手加裝加力桿，以防損壞扳手或螺紋連接件。

6、在使用扭力扳手旋緊螺栓時(shí)，應(yīng)均勻使力，不得利用沖擊力。簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō)就是不要用錘擊工具來(lái)錘擊扳手，使其在短時(shí)間內(nèi)獲得沖擊力，從而帶動(dòng)整只扳手旋轉(zhuǎn)，使扳手將螺栓旋緊，這種做法容易損壞扳手。

7、如果長(zhǎng)期不用扭力扳手，建議把扭力扳手的調(diào)節(jié)標(biāo)尺刻線(xiàn)退扭矩小數(shù)值處，這樣可以延長(zhǎng)扳手的使用壽命。
