1） 當灰塵或沙子等外部物體粘附在套筒上時，應經(jīng)常拆卸和清潔套筒。

2） 清潔灰塵時，請勿使用苯、松節(jié)油和汽油等有機溶劑，這可能會造成損壞或顏色變化。

3） 不要損壞電機或讓油和有機溶劑粘附在電機芯上。

4） 使用后，將扳手放在一個鐵盒中，并放在干燥的地方。

5） 如果彈射桿耗盡，且彈射裝置失去功能，因此無法再彈射銷尾，則應使用新的彈射桿替換耗盡的彈射棒。

需要注意的是，如果彈射尾桿的銷尾未經(jīng)操作就脫出，則須更換內(nèi)套筒。如果內(nèi)套筒磨損過多，釘尾會自動出來，這表明可能發(fā)生危險。

7）維護和檢查期間，關(guān)閉開關(guān)并使用扳手斷開電源。扳手使用后或暫時無反射時，也應斷開電源。

8） 每六個月或20000次（以先到者為準）進行一次檢修。立即與制造商或經(jīng)銷商進行檢修。

扭剪型高強度螺栓安裝規(guī)定：安裝時，高強度螺栓應自由穿入孔內(nèi)，不得用力敲擊。當螺栓不能自由穿入時，不允許使用氣割擴大孔。相反，需要使用鉸刀鉆孔。在修補孔時，板層應靠近，以防止鐵屑進入板縫。鉸孔后，應使用磨床去除孔邊緣的毛刺和鐵屑。初擰應擰緊螺栓標準軸向力（即設(shè)計預緊力）的60%～80%，初擰扭矩值不得小于擰緊扭矩值的30%。從關(guān)節(jié)剛度高的地方到無約束的自由端。

Installation regulations for torsion shear high-strength bolts: During installation, high-strength bolts should be freely inserted into the hole and not struck forcefully.
