數(shù)顯扭力扳手校準(zhǔn)流程

1、使用扭力扳手校驗(yàn)儀前，先檢查儀器是否有點(diǎn)。如果電量不足事需要充電或者在充電的時候進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)。
1. Before using the torque wrench to calibrate the instrument, check whether the instrument has any points. If the battery is insufficient, it needs to be charged or calibrated during charging.
2、將被測物的方形探頭放入測試儀的方孔中，用被測物另一端的手柄在高度調(diào)節(jié)塊上方（如果長度不夠，可以整套自由調(diào)整裝載裝置）。

3、打開電源開關(guān)，顯示的扭矩值為零，如果不為零，按復(fù)位鍵復(fù)位扭矩值。

4、測試前需設(shè)置上下限值、小存儲值、小峰值保持值、自動峰值時間、自動關(guān)機(jī)時間、重力加速度等。

①、上限設(shè)置：用戶設(shè)置上限，根據(jù)需要自由設(shè)置，達(dá)到上自動聲光提示，上限不高于滿量程。
① Upper limit setting: the user can set the upper limit freely according to the needs. When the upper limit is reached, it will be automatically prompted by sound and light. The upper limit is not higher than the full scale.
②、下限設(shè)置：用戶設(shè)置下限，可根據(jù)需要自由設(shè)置。當(dāng)達(dá)到下，自動燈會提示。下限不得高于設(shè)定的上限。
② Lower limit setting: the user can set the lower limit freely as required. When the lower limit is reached, the automatic light will prompt. The lower limit shall not be higher than the set upper limit.
③、小存儲值設(shè)置：用戶根據(jù)存儲需要設(shè)置小存儲值，小于該值的數(shù)據(jù)將不被存儲。

④、小峰值保持值設(shè)置：用戶需要根據(jù)峰值自由設(shè)置自動峰值測量，小于該值的數(shù)據(jù)不會被峰值保存。
④ Setting of small peak holding value: the user needs to freely set automatic peak measurement according to the peak value, and data smaller than this value will not be saved by the peak value.
⑤、自動測峰時間設(shè)置：用戶可以根據(jù)自動測峰狀態(tài)下峰值需要保持的時間，在1秒到99秒之間自由設(shè)置時間。
⑤ Automatic peak measurement time setting: the user can freely set the time between 1s and 99S according to the time that the peak needs to be maintained in the automatic peak measurement state.
⑥、自動關(guān)機(jī)時間設(shè)置：在無操作狀態(tài)下，自動關(guān)機(jī)時間可以在0分鐘到9分鐘之間自由設(shè)置（設(shè)置為0分鐘時，表示取消自動關(guān)機(jī)）。
⑥ Automatic shutdown time setting: under no operation state, the automatic shutdown time can be freely set between 0 minutes and 9 minutes (when set to 0 minutes, it means to cancel the automatic shutdown).
⑦、重力加速度設(shè)置：用戶可以根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐奈恢迷O(shè)置重力加速度值。本機(jī)默認(rèn)值為 9.794。
⑦ Gravity acceleration setting: the user can set the gravity acceleration value according to the local location. The default value of this machine is 9.794.
⑧、恢復(fù)初始設(shè)置：用戶操作不當(dāng)或多次更改數(shù)據(jù)后出現(xiàn)混亂，可通過此設(shè)置將1到7的數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)到出廠狀態(tài)。
⑧ Restore the initial setting: if the user operates improperly or changes the data for many times, the data from 1 to 7 can be restored to the factory state through this setting.
