先將定扭矩扳手主機的三芯插頭插入控制儀相應的插座上，然后將控制儀上的電源線接入電網(wǎng)。綠/黃雙色芯線為接地線。工作結束后，以相反方向拆卸。

二、螺栓的扭緊操作

1、裝上反力支架，并緊固螺釘。開動主機，使方頭銷孔與反力支架孔相對應，然后裝入扳手套筒，插上銷釘，并用橡膠圈固定。

2、將控制儀的扭矩旋扭調到所需扭矩值，將主機正反開關撥到正轉位置，把扳手套筒套在螺紋連接件的六方上。

3、按下電源開關，扳手啟動。當反力支架力臂靠牢支點時（支點可以是鄰近的一只螺栓或其他可做支點的位置）螺栓開始擰緊。當螺栓扭矩達到預定扭矩時，扳手自動停止，緊固完成，放開電源開關，進行下一只螺栓的緊固工作。

4、定扭矩扳手自動停止后，靠反力支架的彈性形變力，使支架力臂自動脫離支點，取下扳手。如力臂不能脫離支點時，可撥動正反開關，點動電源開關，扳手即可取下。

三、螺栓的拆卸操作

扳手在拆卸螺栓（反轉）時，其操作方法與擰緊操作相同，只是將正反開關撥到反轉位置，螺栓卸松后防開電源開關。
