The "lata" emitted by the torque wrench is generated by its own internal torque release structure, which is divided into three structures: pressure spring, torque release joint and torque ejector rod. 扭力扳手也叫扭矩扳手，力矩就是力和距離的乘積，在緊固螺絲螺栓螺母等螺紋緊固件時(shí)需要控制施加的力矩大小，以保證螺紋緊固且不于因力矩過大破壞螺紋，所以用扭矩扳手來操作。

設(shè)定好一個(gè)需要的扭矩值上限，當(dāng)施加的扭矩達(dá)到設(shè)定值時(shí)，扳手會(huì)發(fā)出“卡塔”聲響或者扳手連接處折彎一點(diǎn)角度，這就代表已經(jīng)緊固不要再加力了。

1、設(shè)定扭矩后，將套筒插入方形驅(qū)動(dòng)頭。

2、將套筒套在螺栓頭部或螺母上。

3、將扭力扳手向右轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行緊固。

施加扭矩時(shí)，手握在扭矩扳手手柄中間刻度線位置。方頭與套筒、螺母穩(wěn)固連接。只能在所知扳手標(biāo)注的方向上施力，同時(shí)施力方向應(yīng)在正負(fù)15度內(nèi)。
