預(yù)置式扭矩扳手在使用過程中，達(dá)到預(yù)沒值之后，出現(xiàn)短暫打滑卸力并發(fā)出警報(bào)聲，此后扳手會成為一個死角，相當(dāng)于呆扳手。根據(jù)上述特性，檢測時(shí)先自動加載并實(shí)時(shí)測量扭矩值，一旦測出_r峰值，就停止加載，記錄峰值，再卸力。因而可以根據(jù)以上過程實(shí)現(xiàn)多次自動測試。
