1、接通電源前應先查看電源電壓是否與本產品銘牌相符，是否有接地裝置。當電源電壓超出+10%時應采取穩(wěn)壓措施，否則會影響控制精度。接地不好易造成事故。

2、工具使用的環(huán)境溫度為-10℃-40℃，過高過低都會影響控制精度。

3、被擰螺栓的初始扭矩不得大于工具的額定扭矩的70%。螺栓達到額定扭矩后不得重擰。

4、工具用于拆卸螺栓時，其扭矩不得大于額定扭矩值。一般情況下，不是本扳手擰緊的或銹蝕嚴重的螺栓，不宜用本扳手拆卸，以免造成工具損壞。

5、變換旋轉方向時，必須待電機停止轉動后進行，嚴禁在運轉中撥動正反開關。

6、當扳手自動停止后即可松開開關（如果不斷開開關，過5秒鐘扳手就會自行啟動）待4-5秒后再進行開動扳手，否則扳手不能啟動。

定扭矩電動扳手操作注意事項

1、螺栓直徑的大小對控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應用相同型號的螺栓連接付來標定扭矩值，而且使用一段時間后還應進行檢驗校定。

2、工作前應開機空轉3-5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現電機火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩(wěn)定時，應立即停機檢查，切勿帶病工作。

3、定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應進行***清洗加油，以延長使用壽命。
