一、 電源的連接
1、 Connection of power supply
先將主機(jī)的三芯插頭插入控制儀相應(yīng)的插座上?然后將控制儀上的電源線接入電網(wǎng)。綠/黃雙色芯線為接地線。

工作結(jié)束后?以相反方向拆卸。

二、螺栓的扭緊操作

1、 裝上反力支架?并緊固螺釘。開(kāi)動(dòng)主機(jī)?使方頭銷(xiāo)孔與反力支架孔相對(duì)應(yīng)?然后裝入扳手套筒?插上銷(xiāo)釘?并用橡膠圈固定。

2、 將控制儀的扭矩旋扭調(diào)到所需扭矩值?將主機(jī)正反開(kāi)關(guān)撥到正轉(zhuǎn)位置?把扳手套筒套在螺紋連接件的六方上。

3、 按下電源開(kāi)關(guān)?扳手啟動(dòng)。當(dāng)反力支架力臂靠牢支點(diǎn)時(shí)(支點(diǎn)可以是鄰近的一只螺栓或其他可做支點(diǎn)的位置)螺栓開(kāi)始擰緊。當(dāng)螺栓扭矩達(dá)到預(yù)定扭矩時(shí)?扳手自動(dòng)停止?緊固完成?放開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)?進(jìn)行下一只螺栓的緊固工作。

扳手在拆卸螺栓(反轉(zhuǎn))時(shí)?其操作方法與擰緊操作相同?只是將正反開(kāi)關(guān)撥到反轉(zhuǎn)位置?螺栓卸松后防開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)。
