Torque wrench, also known as torque wrench, torque wrench, torque adjustable wrench, is a kind of wrench, generally divided into three categories: hand power moment wrench, pneumatic torque wrench and electric torque wrench. Fixed-twist wrench is widely used in assembly line which has strict requirements for tightening process, so that the torque values of each fastener of the product are consistent, and the quality of the products produced is guaranteed.

　　扭矩扳手（扭力扳手）發(fā)出卡塔聲音的原理很簡單，可以分為以下幾個(gè)步驟去理解：

　　1、扭矩扳手在發(fā)出“卡塔”聲后是提示已達(dá)到你要求的扭矩值了；2、扭矩扳手所發(fā)出的“卡塔”是由本身內(nèi)部的扭矩釋放結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的，其結(jié)構(gòu)分為壓力彈簧、扭矩釋放關(guān)節(jié)、扭矩頂桿三結(jié)構(gòu)所組成.

　　3、在扭矩扳手上設(shè)定所需扭矩值（由彈簧套在頂桿上向扭矩釋放關(guān)節(jié)施壓），鎖定扭矩扳手，開始擰緊螺栓。當(dāng)螺栓達(dá)到扭矩值（當(dāng)使用扭力大于彈簧的壓力）后，會產(chǎn)生瞬間脫節(jié)的效應(yīng)。在產(chǎn)生脫節(jié)效應(yīng)的瞬間發(fā)出關(guān)節(jié)敲擊，扳手金屬外殼所發(fā)出的“卡塔”聲。由此來確認(rèn)達(dá)到扭矩值的提醒作用(其實(shí)就象我們手臂關(guān)節(jié)成15度彎曲放在鐵管里瞬間申直后會碰到鋼管的原理一樣）。

　　3. Firstly, the required torque value is set on the torque wrench (pressure is released from the joint by the spring sleeve on the ejector rod), the torque wrench is locked, and the bolt is tightened. When the bolt reaches the value of torque (when the use of torque is greater than the spring pressure), it will produce the effect of instantaneous disconnection. At the moment of disjointing effect, it emits joint tapping and "kata" sound from wrench metal shell. This confirms the reminder effect of reaching the torque value (in fact, it's just like the principle that when we bend our arm joints 15 degrees in the iron pipe and straighten it instantly, we will meet the steel pipe).

　　以上所說是比較常用的手動扭力扳手，除此之外還有電動扭力扳手、風(fēng)動扭力扳手等。

　　Above is the most commonly used manual torque wrench, in addition to electric torque wrench, pneumatic torque wrench and so on.

　　現(xiàn)階段分為機(jī)械音響報(bào)警式,數(shù)顯式,指針式(表盤式),打滑式(自滑轉(zhuǎn)式).其中機(jī)械音響報(bào)警式,采用杠桿原理,當(dāng)力矩到達(dá)設(shè)定力矩時(shí)會出現(xiàn)"嘭扭矩扳手"機(jī)械相碰的聲音,此后扳手會成為一個(gè)死角,及相當(dāng)于呆扳手,如再用力,會出現(xiàn)過力現(xiàn)象.

　　Digital display and pointer (dial type) are similar in that they visualize the moment of action. At present, both digital display and pointer work on the basis of mechanical sound alarm torque wrench.

　　打滑式(自滑轉(zhuǎn)式)采用過載保護(hù)、自動卸力模式,當(dāng)力矩到達(dá)設(shè)定力矩時(shí)會自動卸力(同時(shí)也會出現(xiàn)機(jī)械相碰的聲音),此后扳手自動復(fù)位,如再用力,會再次打滑,不會出現(xiàn)過力現(xiàn)象.此種是比較近1,2年才出現(xiàn)的新感念產(chǎn)品.

　　Sliding type (self-slipping type) adopts overload protection and automatic unloading mode. When the moment reaches the set moment, it will unload automatically (and there will also be the sound of mechanical collision). After that, the wrench will automatically reset. If the wrench is used again, it will slip again, and there will be no over-force phenomenon. This is a new concept product which has only appeared in the last 1 or 2 years.

　　機(jī)械音響報(bào)警式是目前市場的主流產(chǎn)品,主要體現(xiàn)在便宜,其它3種相對來說,昂貴.不過由于各行各業(yè)對這方面要求越來越高,以及效率的要求,數(shù)顯式、指針式(表盤式)及打滑式(自滑轉(zhuǎn)式)的需求會越來越高.

　　Mechanical audio alarm is the mainstream product in the market, mainly reflected in the low price, the other three are relatively expensive. However, due to the increasingly high demand for this aspect and efficiency in all walks of life, the demand for digital display, pointer type (dial type) and sliding type (self-sliding type) will become higher and higher.
