①電動扳手是定扭矩的，因此作旋緊用時必須注意扳手的使用范圍，以防檸斷螺栓。

②一般裝配一個螺紋件，沖擊時間為2～3s，不要經常超過5S。

電動扳手的使用和操作注意事項

1、確認現場所接電源與電動扳手銘牌是否相符。是否接有漏電保護器。

2、根據螺帽大小選擇匹配的套筒，并妥善安裝。

3、在送電前確認電動扳手上開關斷開狀態(tài)，否則插頭插入電源插座時電動扳手將出其不意地立刻轉動，從而可能招致人員傷害危險。

4、若作業(yè)場所在遠離電源的地點，需延伸線纜時，應使用容量足夠，安裝合格的延伸線纜。延伸線纜如通過人行過道應高架或做好防止線纜被碾壓損壞的措施。
